A Passion for Pens is the trading name of Envision Applied Systems, Ltd. We are a Dorchester based family company and have been established for 3 years. Whilst we hope to sell pens nationally via our internet site, we do aim to develop a particular rapport with customers in the Dorset area. On this site you will find a wide range of quality pens from leading brands, and more than a couple from smaller, specialized, manufacturers.

Where possible, we will ship your pen within 24 hours. In cases where we are unable to do so, we will ensure that your choice arrives with you within 10 working days. We will make you aware of any issues of this nature when your order is placed, and will offer a full refund if this is not acceptable to you.

We have tried to provide comprehensive information on each pen, but should you require more detail, please give us a call or drop us an email. Unlike some companies, we do read our email regularly.

We aim to run our business using Christian principles. We have established a complaints procedure, using independent, external arbitration, to ensure that any complaints that we cannot resolve amicably do not remain unaddressed. We hope never to have to use it (!), but if we do, we commit to abide by the decision reached.
