Terms and Conditions
1. STOCK ITEMS: All stock items ordered before 12 noon will be shipped the SAME DAY by first class post. Prices include postage and packing for UK customers only.
2. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: Whilst we aim to maintain good stock levels, if your item is out of stock, we will contact you and advise you of delivery dates. All deliveries will normally be made within 10 business days, but we will offer you the option of cancelling the order if this is unacceptable.
3. LIMITED EDITIONS: We do not normally hold stocks of limited edition pens costing more than £1000. If you wish to order a limited edition pen, please contact us to confirm availability.
4. No item will be shipped until cleared payment is received. You have the option of paying using a credit card, debit card or cheque. Cheques drawn on non-UK banks are not accepted (this is due to a very high level of fraud)
5. We will provide refunds if the item is received unopened in its original condition or where the item arrives damaged. We will however endeavour to consider each request on its own merits.
6. We do not ourselves undertake repairs, however details on how to obtain a warranty repair for your item will be provided with your order
7. Complaints Procedure - although we will do everything to resolve your concern amicably, we accept that occasionally disputes will arise. If we are unable to reach a satisfactory conclusion, we agree to participate in voluntary independent arbitration and will abide by the ruling. This commitment is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights.
8. A Passion for Pens is a trading name of Envision Applied Systems Ltd, company number 4987029. We are a Dorchester, Dorset, based IT consultancy and have been trading since November 2003. Copies of our financial returns are available online from Companies House (www.companieshouse.gov.uk).
